"Barbera" mustard

To prepare this mustard it takes more than eight hours of cooking, it start from the must to which is added to the fruit, to get to the classical consistency of a jam. It is an ancient product, in the past it was prepared with the last bunches of grapes left in the vineyards and seasonal fruit, as well as for the classic uses, in winter it was also used by children to prepare sorbets with snow.
